Why This Accreditation Scheme?
Ultimately all Accreditation Schemes are very similar, they all have the same obligations to operate a scheme under the current Government guidelines. We passionately believe we have the best affiliated scheme to offer domestic energy assessors (DEAs) and also offer the best RdSAP software available.
RdSAP Software
Our affiliated scheme is the only scheme offering the PS RDSAP Engine software. The PS RdSAP engine software is powered by PocketSurvey and is the industry leader in providing fast handheld data collection systems for surveyors.
DEA Panel
Our affiliated panel allocates work to DEA's and HI's via postcode and the preferred area they wish to work in. As a member of the Accreditation Scheme, any work provided via our panel we will waive the EPC transaction fee (does not include the Landmark lodgement fee).
PI Insurance
Our affiliated scheme provides fully comprehensive PI and PL insurance as standard for all our members. Details will be provided upon successful acceptance to the scheme.
